  • This is a 10-hour solo bilateral stimulation beat running at 40 BPM. There is no music and no visual to enable the listener to fully focus on the bilateral beat. This is beat #1 of this series. You can find other bilateral beats in this series in the playlist labeled "Solo Bilateral Beat Series 1" as they become available.
Bilateral stimulation is to the process of alternately stimulating the left and right sides of the brain, with the objective of fostering better inter-hemispheric communication. This is often achieved through techniques such as eye movements, sounds, or tactile stimulation in a rhythmic left-right pattern. Research has suggested that bilateral stimulation can have a range of positive effects, notably in the context of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a recognized treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder. By enabling the brain to reprocess traumatic memories, bilateral stimulation can decrease the intensity of negative emotions and potentially lead to reduced anxiety, improved focus, and increased emotional stability. Furthermore, in some cases, it has also been found to aid in the enhancement of relaxation and creativity. As we continue to deepen our understanding of this fascinating process, its potential to be a powerful tool in therapeutic and personal growth contexts is becoming increasingly clear.

I never place ads in the middle of a video. I want you to be able to fully immerse yourself in a session without unnecessary distractions. However, there are ads at the beginning and end. I sometimes try to leave a bit of space at the end so the ads aren't too surprising.

This is interesting! I'm going to listen to it when I sleep. By the way, I hear it fine on 25% volume while wearing earbuds.

I'm sorry. Seems to be working on my end. It's a low frequency bilateral beat. When you turn the volume up all the way do you still not hear anything? Are you listening on headphones or earbuds?
