I agree with you , the discontinued older mitt is the best overall design. Try to find out what factory was making them or find another factory that you can work with and put out a similar mitt to the old one you like under you/your company llc. “The Best Overall Mitt !” Maybe it’s time for your own line of awesome products, I’d buy them.
Not sure who made your discontinued favorite wash mitt but it looks similar to the CarPro wash mitt. Microfiber Madness does make wash pads. I heard the deli pad is pretty heavy. Maybe a Meguiar’s microfiber wash mitt. It seems light to me and it’s white.
Iam based in Germany and Microfiber Madness is located just 68 miles away from me ^^ Iam using the Delimitt and also the Delipad regularly on my own cars and my customers cars. I have never experienced any sort of damaging paint while washing with these products. They feel so soft and the gliding ability ist just phenomenal. And yes, they hold heaps of water what they are supposed to do! More soapy water more lubrication and yes, unfortunately in your point of view more weight. But at the end, just a heads up 🙂 stop throwing heavy wash mitts on dirty cars, hahahaha 😁😁
Microfiber Madness definetly makes the best wash mitts. They glide easily over the paint and most importantly there ability to release dirt etc is second to none by a longshot. Only issue is yes they are heavy and bulky and the liner these use is a bit rigid. I only use the mitts, the pads are way way to heavy, bulky and non conforming. The carpro dab dab is the nicest to use as far as weight, conformity and glide but it doesnt release dirt nearly as well.
Umm if you are that concerned you should use a pre wash an alklinecone onecthwt will get rid most dirt and like. 6 wash pads not mits since dont like putting your hand inside and use one odd per pannel after its dont tosecit into an empty bucket use new pad for a section and you shouldnt plop mit down on car or you can just get a bunch high quality towels and wash one spanner per towel
I think auto fiber has your mitt no reason to create a new one it's the auto fiber flatt out you can get ot at car supply whare house or auto or you can go the other routes I think towels would be best for you since you want white specifically auto fiber has white Korean towels which may make you happy if dont like pads

What's better? The mitt or pad?
@@richardhurr31 I like the pad more! It's bigger and it soaks up more water for a saver wash 🤙
Check out DIY Detail Legacy Sponge... I know.. I know.. just try it😎👌
Autofiber flat out 4 pack. Out of the dozen I’ve tried it’s my favorite. Just a flat microfiber wash mitt.
