Sorry to the guy who asked if this was Dreamcast, I deleted your comment accidently! No it's on the PC. It took me a long time and a fair bit of cash to find a copy on Ebay. Thanks to the kids this copy was ruined so I am after another! @Chris Whitetiger, I agree 100%. I am currently getting my fix using Train Drive ATS on iOS. Video to come on that.
Certainly can brake much later, my usual braking points are 95 at 400m, 80 at 300m, 65 at 200m and 45 at 100m, with Braking at 4/5/6 depending on the brake power, as it is the realistic braking power levels of a real train at almost maximum braking. However in 5/5 difficulty levels you may need Braking at 6/7/8 and 105-110 at 400m, 90/95 at 300m, 75 at 200m and 50 or maybe even 55 at 100m. (I don't need to be at 55 as I disabled the speed/time points so I can go more quickly, and they make it much harder at 5/5 levels)
@@TepicPlug There is someone providing the game for free online, although I don't know if your country has strict piracy laws / if it is considered piracy at all.
Densha de Go? No it was on Ebay quite a while ago. I am looking for others but they rarely come up. Maybe I will visit Japan one day and get them there!
+TepicPlug's Simulation Station I'm on Japan right now and I'm still looking for the Arcade version even though it is as old as 20 years old. It's almost impossible to find the disc. The only thing that I can find is from either Amazon or Ebay
i was gonna say that you make it look easy but hell no, after trying it myself i can confirm this game is really hard and youre just some kind of japanese train sim pro player
i did it ! same line, same diagram, hi score: 59590 points !!!! i beat your score your video helped me a lot btw. i watched it a couple times to get a better idea of how to play this game and it worked so thank you i guess lol
Work introduced iPads to provide an interactive timetable to work to. That felt like playing this game for a while. It had a live countdown to timings points etc.
still one of the best train games even nowadays, was hard to get but worth the effort

Do you know if there are any visual or performance differences between this and the PS2 version?
