🌿 About the Common Hourglass Tree Frog:
The Common Hourglass Tree Frog is a medium-sized frog, with males reaching about 60mm in snout-to-vent length and females growing up to 90mm. This species is native to Sri Lanka and can be found in both wet and dry zones, up to an elevation of approximately 1525 meters above sea level. While not very common in the dry zone, it is frequently encountered in anthropogenic habitats.
