If possible, I’d like to get your advice to lean out. 5 years ago I was able to drop 40 pounds, but the dieting was mainly fish and veggies...which I got sick and tired of. I want lean out again but I try a different approach. I’m 5’11, 265 pounds with about 42% body fat. I was thinking of getting back into meal prepping, which has also worked for me in the past but seems like everything I do now I’m just hitting road blocks and not getting the results. My metabolism is shit too....I look at salad and gain 5 pounds.
I struggle to achieve the same level of intensity at my home gym compared to the public gym. I’m an introvert by nature and I’ve always felt a bit uncomfortable having attention on me, but I got back into a public gym a few days ago for the first time in a few months, and it was easily one of the best workouts I’ve had since switching to the home gym.
Hey Fouad, I have a question for you and maybe it is a good one to answer in your next Q&a. When im on a 400/500gr of carbs diet, how many grams have to be simple carbs, like fruits and supps? Chris Seagler no.. gyno is the gland under the nipple growing. It’d look like only gaining weight in the nipples not the chest. Gaining weight in the chest is just you getting fat and your body storing it around there. Gyno is painful sensitive nipples that can even lactate. It’s a hard gristly ping pong sized lump under the areola

loved it. your a bloody legend. Me personally I am finding it hard to motivate myself to lift even once a week in my garage gym with my limited weights. I find it much much easier to do the cardio that I wasn't doing before, now. I've got dumbbells that go up to 55 and a skinny bar bell That I can add weights only up to a buck 50 maybe. Add it's a super skinny little Pole to so it's like a spring. I don't know what, 1 site 1st went to the gym all I did was think about it all day no I don't even think about it at all.... going to give it another shot today and get more Strict and motivated to stay on routine.

But never used dbol and after all back to normal i will do one Is it a good idea to also use a herbal diuretic to try keep water retention lower Ones with uva ursi, dandelion, parsley etc I will be using test 600mg bit of deca (200mg) dbol 20mg a day, with arimidex)

Even though I'm cutting and only have access to certain weights and bands at home due to lockdown, let's see how things go and use it going back into the gym. Common sense, look at what all the top bodybuilders are doing and follow 💪
