Ruan Mei’s Break dmg is actually pretty good. Aside from her insane dmg buffs due to her high break effect needed to maximize her builds you essentially get a ton of dmg per break and a flat 10% dmg increase against weakness broken enemies pair that with her Ult you get 35% flat dmg increase+ Break dmg. She is by far the best support Jing Yuan has had I would say even better than Fu Xuan.
I basicially end up with the same amount of cycle in MoC10 with SPD Boots, that's because Ruan Mei buffs are just nuts. It's basicially hitting strong once versus hitting twice weak. Most important is to reach Lightning Lord 8 strikes, if you do that, you can go with ATK% boots. I did MoC12 with ATK% Boots, but will try SPD Boots out too. As I take WAY more cycles than 1, I think I will see better difference there.
@@source324 If you only have Tingyun (E1), you should play Jing Yuan with Hanya (E0) or Asta (E4+) in the second slot and give Hackerspace Set to one of them. Then you should always go for ATK% boots, as Hanya/Asta give you more than enough speed. Hanya needs to be quite speedy herself, but she has good SPD minor traces to help her.

fu xuan is still better for consistency but ruan mei is the best for dmg (fu xuan was never dmg support to start off with)
