Thornton Township trustee issues apology, acknowledges Tiffany Henyard is in the building

As everyone waited for a public meeting that was eventually canceled, Thornton Township trustee Carmen Carlisle and clerk Loretta Wells acknowledge that Tiffany Henyard is in the building.
Carlisle also apologized for "inappropriate" behavior she'd exhibited, and committed to rebuilding trust in Thornton Township.
