Dear James and Amy, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience , but is there different measurements of the UK cup verse US? i followed all the proportions, but it came out as a total disaster and a complete waste of food. It is not a first recipe i try the has an off proportions . My only guess is that the cups are different. Please advise. Thank you
Hi Amy and Russel! :) Thank you so much for this video! This has oats and therefore gluten. Are your payable courses exclusively GF or not? Thank you and thanks for the good work! :)
WOW! Great video! We are a raw vegan family who loves sharing videos of our favorite recipes. Check us out if you have some time and let us know what you think! Thanks again for sharing!!
I went to the site, registered and was supposed to get a free course but it said this doughnut and swiss roll recipes have not been published yet! All that registering for NOTHING!
Hey Lisa Marie, sorry to hear you couldn't access the course, it is published, but it's takes 2 minutes after registering for it to show up, so if you log in again, you'll see it no problem.
im just thinking, cashews can never be raw, oat flour is made from steamed oats, and how is pslliyum husk made? are these truly raw recipes or are they just uncook recipes, confusing for the many, I would just stick to raw fruits and veggies and only make this gourmet raw food for special occasions!
Cashews absolutely can be raw. You can buy them hand cracked. You can also buy oats that have not been steamed. It's totally fine to stick to just raw fruits and veg if that's what you enjoy and you find it nourishes you on every level. For some though, that's not enough and they find it too restricting. If you're looking for the 100% guy that's not me, and that's OK. I provide recipes for people that want to add more of this food to their life without worry if every single ingredient is 100% raw. The outcome is to be healthy and feel good, not to stick to a set of rules.
@@therawchef it is not always raw, some manufacturers use higher heat levels than we would consider to be raw, cashews are never raw, nor are steamed oats.
Great idea! I'm new to the raw lifestyle, I'm amazed at the things that you can do without fire.
Awesome recipe thank you!!!!! Keep sharing videos like this!!!
Thanks, galaluna :)

It depends on the oven. You’ll need to keep an eye on it

Michael Lebrun oats usually have no gluten unless some gluten grain somehow grew on the same field or was in the reaping (?) machine
Oats are not gluten unless processed with grains that are. The only grains that are gluten are wheat, barley, and rye.
Fantastic!!!
I use the regular oven????
Yes, if it has a fan. Do it at the lowest temp and keep an eye on it. All ovens are different at low temps, so you'll need to experiment.
Awesome
Can i add dates???
You can
instead of water i have soya milk home made ????
That’s fine
