I think the husband stepped out for that few months and realized the grass isn’t greener on the other side. He will take that to his grave. She’s hurt and of course is withholding intimacy which is a disaster especially for a lengthy marriage. She has to make a decision to believe or not and if she decides to work on the marriage she needs to let it go. Marriage is forward movement not backwards stumbling. His dad cheated on his Mother and seeing this , i wonder what he thinks about this. I hope his wife can quit bringing people to lived with them . She has a beautiful heart and very caring but you can’t be naive. Not everyone you help is trustworthy and honest. I prayed this marriage works out , too much history together.
