But most people don’t have huge data sets; and even those who do, tend to only use a small subset of their data at once. DuckDB is an open source analytics engine that makes it easy to operate over data locally; it is perfect for the sizes of data people actually have. This talk introduces MotherDuck which extends DuckDB into the cloud and integrates with the your full data ecosystem.
