This is a really interesting rum especially being from Barbados which is a traditionally more dry rum. The black banana flavor is awesome in this one. Great for shots or curious mixes! Yall are the best rum channel to watch whence faced. Verry funny.
I bought it today. I quite like it because I want to step into the hard liquor world , and I found the flavors to be welcoming. Very banana-y, caramel, vanilla notes. It’s yummy for sure.
It's funny how tastes can differ. I'll first say that I've yet to find a way to mix this rum that is enjoyable to me. However drinking this rum neat or over ice probably makes it the most dangerous rum I have ever had. By that I mean it is so enjoyable and way too easy to keep sipping and refilling the glass. I have to be very mindful about how much I have drank in order to keep it from sneaking up on me. This is the only drink in the world I have ever had this concern with.
