Iam 37 years and my past 36 have been wasted in social gatherings. proving my loyalty and serving the interest of other people in the name of a relationship as a scapegoat. i came to realise lately but rightly no matter how much we are honest and cooperative with others it does not matter unless we fall into the frame of their self-interest or social or economic frame otherwise without that we are just stepping stones in the ladder of their journey left behind. Iam living alone and cut myself from social gatherings and spend time occasionally with a friend who have been as a true companion in past years in the case of urgent need.

First day i didn't complete the vertical jumps
2nd day pushed it little further
3rd day completed vertical jumps but now stucked at invisible rope
Today finally also completed till invisible rope i hope now i can move to jumping jacks because that's really difficult for me to complete
