[RECIPE]
Main ingredients:
1. Beef (tenderloin/ sirloin/ ribeye/ chuck/ rump/ round) - 400 gr.
2. Onion - ¾ of onion
3. Leak - 50 gr.
4. Oyster mushrooms - 150 - 300 gr.
5. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Cooking oil
Ingredients for marinade:
1. Grated onion - ¼ of onion
2. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
3. Soybean sauce- 5 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic - 5 cloves
5. Black pepper ground - 1 teaspoon
6. Grated pear - ½ of pear
7. Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
[DIRECTIONS]
1. Mix all marinade’s ingredients in the bowl.
2. Thinly slice the beef and mix it thoroughly with the marinade.
3. Cut ¾ of the onion into strips, slice the leak into rings and mix all of them with the marinated beef.
4. Marinate the beef and the vegetables for 30 minutes, and then fry it on high heat in the well-heated pan.
5. After 5 minutes reduce the heat to medium high and add the divided by hands mushrooms.
6. When the beef is completely ready, turn the stove off and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
