I'd been suffering from plugin syndrome, made something with the basics that already sounds better than what I had going with all the extra VST's, thanks
After all these tutorials, could you do something like "making of a track", but slower and more educative than other videos like that? I would love that, because i think you could inspirate us a lot! :)
WAUW! Just WAUW! This video really tied everything together and made everything seem much more realistic. Not necessary to know a thousand plug ins. With just a few you can create interesting music. Look forward to applying what you've learned me. Thanks!! Donation sent :)
Hey man! One question: could you explain pros and cons of decreasing the volumes of the samples or instruments (clips) vs using the faders to do so? Are there any differences at all? Thanks a lot for these tutorials!
is the playlist the correct order or are you making new videos ? it doesnt really matter to me im just looking at the dates of the videos, they are all great.............
Just a quick question - I downloaded the project and when I play it, the fist kick in bars 2 ,3 and 4 are softer than the others, Cant work out why unless it was the way that the track was created and the consolidated. Excellent videos though.
No disrespect, but, you spent the first 15 minutes of the video discussing things that are already known at this point. I mean, you have dropped in Analog and Impulse....I don't know of anyone who is using those and doesn't understand a fade or how to draw in a clip and size it appropriately or even someone who doesn't understand the timing grids. My point is, I think if you are using advanced Instruments you can save the time and skip over how to use CTRL-C and CTRL-V. (Which have been in use since microsoft word was originally released.)

Ableton should be employing you as an instructor at this point.

How do you decide when to treat an audio clip like the kick in this video vs loading it into a plugin like simpler or impulse?
42:20 Deadmau5 for you there ✌️
