I like hearing what you have to say! Silly or not! This is another beautiful home! Love the attic space! I would for sure use half of it for something fun and leave half for storage. Thanks again Timothy!
Never worry about mansplaining or saying something inane during a walk-thru. Trying to keep up a running commentary by yourself while operating a camera is hard work! Thanks for another tour.
*Timothy in the kitchen, lovingly talking about how Jen is the backbone of it all, doing everything behind the scenes* *Opens a drawer* "Ooooh, a spice rack!" 🤣
I like how you comment the videos. You explain what's in the house appropriately and sometimes tell your personal opinion about the things that you see. It's neither too much nor too little. You are definitely not 'mansplaining'.
I love all the new homes that are being displayed by your channel. I was wondering is it possible to show more homes that are made for the disabled viewers of your channel.
We come across them periodically and I try to make mention of it. Honestly though everything we tour these days are mostly custom so if you find a layout you like most builders and architects can help create a version that accommodates a disability
This trip has been a winner! I absolutely love this house. Keeping the spice rack away from the range is a good practice. My co-worker used to love extremely spicy foods. His spice rack was on the wall behind the stove. He came home and found one of his spice jars with crawling critters inside. Evidently, the spice was actual bug eggs from the Far East. The heat and moisture incubated the little bug eggs and they hatched! I love the layout of this one. Thank you.
I've never understood the popularity of first floor principal bedroom. Surely you want to be on the same level as you children's bedrooms when they are little
I'd put the garage doors are on the opposite side and face the side road, so that it's not necessary to have a huge driveway that takes up most of the back and side yard.
That garage is exactly where it belongs 😉 The triple-head ceiling mount fixture in the master shower is a new one by me. Also amusing that you make absolutely no comment about it while talking about how you always explain everything 😆
Love the kitchen and the hidden butler's pantry is especially fun and very useful. The screened-in patio is wonderful. Nice house, BUT the stairs are in the way in the foyer. I expect better building techniques for a $1.45M.
Timothy, I absolutely love the tile on the floor in the powder room near the front door. Luv it. . . In the unfinished space, I would make another bedroom with a hidden door to the space with the ladder. The area over the garage. I would do like you said , but instead of a bookshelf with hidden door, I would conceal it with ply wood to look like the wall is not opened to another area. Make a small door out of the ply wood with a spring mechanism to open. Just a thought. Nice house, too bad it's one million out of my budget. Haha
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the bench on the 2nd level with all the shelves surrounding it. I love the built-ins throughout, floating shelves in the living area, master bathroom with the stand-alone tub. In the unfinished space on the 2nd level, I would probably turn that into a bedroom with an attached nursery, or I would turn it into a kids' playroom.❤❤❤❤❤
I like the layout in this one, so many of the others just have that big open space with the kitchen, dining and living room. I am not so fond of the master being so close to the kitchen though. Nice home though. Would love to see you tour some more homes in Michigan!
I enjoy your conversations. I see/remember things because you talk about it. You surprised me not mentioning the unusual shower head in the master. I’d like more info if you have it.
I think homes with stairs shouldn’t be by the front door. I feel that it is unsafe. Maybe the designers of the home should put it in the back of the house or behind a wall to where it is unnoticeable to visitors, and not by an exit door.
TIMOTHY?? THIS LOOKS LIKE A BEAUTY!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!! REALLY IMPRESSIVE AND VICTORIAN LIKE!! LIKE A HOUSE YOU FIND IN ENGLAND!! PRETTY COOL!! THANK YOU!!
I was touring a home this past spring. I was making my way through the living room and the mirror in one of the powder rooms fell down. I liked to have 💩 myself. I stared at that direction for a second waiting for someone to start chasing me before I drummed up the courage to go see what the noise was
Because a second floor is good or bad? Just curious. I am Dutch and around 95% of the houses have a second floor and often also an attic (with fixed staircase) big enough for 1-2 bedrooms and washingroom.
@@ulan1408thanks. It seems a bit odd I agree. But a staircase ending on the same ‘line’ as the wall isn’t too my liking either. If the hallway would be wider, it would look better in my opinion.
@@gwenettepitt277 It is funny how people feel different about this. Which undoubtedly is the result of what we are used to. I prefer a multi-story house to gave a clear division between really private rooms (bedrooms, full bath etc) and rooms for entertainment like living and dining rooms.
I just think that for 41/2,milion , each bedroom needs its own private bathroom and find a place for two half bathrooms, one for the first floor and one for the second floor! Didn’t find this one very unique or special except for all the unfinished space just sitting there doing nothing!
Kitchen în the middle of the house, with no Windows, master bedroom right from the kitchen... think of cooking real food and the smell going everywhere... 😮
Dude, you need a new wardrobe 😂. No seriously you should get 10-12 different shirts and change before starting a new home. Hope everyone is doing well and tell Jen to get some rest.

I do actually like the spice rack in the island.

@TimothyPLivingston Thank you for replying to me Tim. I look forward to seeing your next video.

I’d love to see Jen do the same tour and see what her commentary is like😃 Maybe she would call the master the primary suite.
I've never understood the popularity of first floor principal bedroom. Surely you want to be on the same level as you children's bedrooms when they are little
Love those diningroom walls!
I like that you talk in your videos

Ok mr.Livingston, you got yourself a new subscriber 👌🏾 I enjoy your content sir.
Thanks Jay! Happy to have you!
Beautiful home. Love the exterior. Nice layout inside the house. I love that there’s an actual foyer and you don’t walk in to a huge open space.
That garage is exactly where it belongs 😉

Driveway and garage in the back ruin the backyard for me. Master bedroom should look to the back. Love the staircase with the windows.

Hit all the right buttons, I give it two thumbs up.
I love carpet in bedrooms and livingroom

Best master bedroom all around. Bathroom is the best layout I've seen.
I LOVE the color of the tile in that first bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also would be fun to decorate and add some color as everything looks really BEIGE!!!
Yes, I like the layout

A very beautiful home. You and your wife did an excellent job displaying the home. Makes me want to move to down south since I live in Michigan
This home is beautiful, but the view out of every window was another home or the driveway.

Your home is so beautiful, TFS ❣️🥰🤩
Love the layout of the house! 🏠 ❤
Love the attic space.
Beautiful woe❤❤❤❤
Dont trip over the stairs on your way in.
Don 't forget about the spice racks.
Kolejny piękny dom :)
Nice house just the powder room should of been all the way to the back

Bedrooms and bathrooms off of the living room, dining room or kitchen, are an absolute deal breaker!!! Ick!!!
Would rather have all shelves in the pantry. Wouldn't need a 2nd sink, etc. Shelves are more useful.
Love it
I wonder why these expensive home have so much unfinished space.
That’s my town,
Do you ever show homes in the 500k range?
I love the pumpkin and spice and another one is suffered cranberry oh my gosh it smells like candy ❤ lol just saying
I love all your house tours. But I’m curious if you’ve ever had any creepy experiences while walking through these homes alone?

Lets have Jen do the next one then
We enter the house... and come across a staircase to the second floor. There is no need to look further.
Because a second floor is good or bad? Just curious. I am Dutch and around 95% of the houses have a second floor and often also an attic (with fixed staircase) big enough for 1-2 bedrooms and washingroom.
I agree I don't think the staircase at the entrance is a good look. Also I prefer a one story house. Stairs can be a challenge later in life.
@@annedenhaag3511 When you see a staircase blocking the passage, it means the architect is not professional. There is no point in looking further.

You have to have screened porches in the south or the mosquitoes will carry you away 😂

Not a fan of mostly glass showers

That would be a good thing lol wouldn't it, the smell of real food, plus the dining room/ patio door is not far.
Nope it should be on the other side by the stove
