  • Get ready for some rich, vintage-inspired rock tones! In this demo, I dive into the Orange Amp Collection in Tonex to see how well it captures the legendary warmth, crunch, and fuzz of these classic British amps. Whether you're chasing doom-laden distortion or crisp, punchy overdrive, Tonex has you covered.
I'll be playing through a variety of settings, testing clean, overdriven, and full-on fuzzed-out tones to give you an idea of what this software can really do. Let me know in the comments-what's your go-to amp for killer tones? 🎸🔥
I'm playing a fairly generic Telecaster in to a UAD Apollo Twin X - so keep things fairly neutral. Later in the video I simply hit the sample buttons... that's even more consistent.

    Thanks for the demo.
How do they Feel? I imagine nowhere near as dynamic as one real amp. Tonex use a less-intensive i.r. process, but these sound ok considering

They don't feel terrible. I've felt worse! Nothing of course will ever replace a real tube amp.... but I like the buffett of samples where I can try 34,000 amps that I'll never own.

@QuestForGear definitely worth the effort and expense then. Only if the i.r.'s sound n feel good
