In those conditions, doing that kind of cutting as someone who has been trained professionally, I would highly recommend boots and Chainsaw Chaps. Either that or extreme caution. Fortunately they are your legs and feet not mine. All the best though. Nice bike.

Can't disagree with you on any point. Bike is nice, they are my legs and safety gear make sense whether on a bike or running a saw. Sometimes I take acceptable risks, well acceptable to me and where its my legs etc lol.

We're definitely fortunate, some areas are seasonally pretty muddy so we skip those until summer.

Cool idea, I’d sign up for one for sure. Good video, ignore the safety sallies that come along. You know well enough what you’re up to and what that saw is capable of. Take care buddy!

Always room for a safety talk and had I not forgotten my boots I'd be at least wearing those for protection. At least I have my helmet and goggles and a beer lol. I used to be pretty handy with a saw but haven't run one seriously for a few years. I just move carefully and deliberately and think though the problem, especially with hung up trees,.
