In 2015 I moved to Massachusetts. Before that I used to live in Inglewood and grew up in Westchester. For years my sister and I used to go down to the marina every summer and ride the water taxis and go eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Thank you for bringing back such wonderful Carefree memories. Ahhhh! Memories. In the early 80's when I was a kid my grandmother would bring me here to fish. Back then they had a fishing area, a floating pad thing off the path that charged $2.00. I spent many days there.

Thanks for the video! So nostalgic for me. Back in the 1980s my dad kept one of his yachts there, a Gulf Star 50, docked in a slip next to Stallone's. Nice and clean marina. There was also a fried chicken place that was excellent.

@@Ay-B if you go out on a charter they let you buy a low cost one-day fishing license. If you don't already have a regular full year license. The last time I checked a full year license for both fresh and salt water fishing was rather expensive.
This video was absolutely lovely, GIV and you are an even lovelier human being. Sometimes this world can be cruel to a lovely soul but you do a beautiful job at making the best of it. You even gave a thumbs up to a rude person at the establishment and the Styrofoam salad. Hopefully someone at the restaurant will see this and be inspired by your video and how unprofessional they treated you to make some changes for the better. Even if you are only a party of 1, they definitely underestimated the reach of your audience. That was terrible customer service.

Used to work near Marina Del Rey and visited the location monthly. Took my family there a few times but only rode the boat ride once. The boat feel like it was going to flip over so the kids never wanted to ride it again. Did road a big yacht there back in 2007 for a company party and it is amazing. I really love the place and it is very relaxing.
