- Vlog 90 of my natural powerlifting journey without a coach. Sub-par training conditions today, but it still went much better than what I initially expected.
0:00 - Intro/Warm Ups
2:06 - Squat Single 180kg
2:48 - Squats 150kg 4x4
5:58 - Squats 150kg x9
7:17 - Pull Ups 3x8
7:59 - Bicep Curls 3x10
Dealing with injuries? Usually, just backing off the loads, training a little away from failure and/or switching exercises. Then assessing how you feel. Dealing with tendonitis or tendinopathies you want to slow the weights you lift, up and down to strengthen the tendons, but continue assessing a bit. Also, knowning your limits when not to push hard.
