The first step is access control from as far as the entrance as possible, identifying suspicious behavior (pre-threat indicators) and having trained people (volunteers) who can identify this and act accordingly. You'll find that in most Churches you have people with some sort of security experience, off duty cops, ex cops, active law enforcement or security officers who can assist with this... you'll find there's members who are even trained in and own firearms which Churches don't even know about who can be used in this as their way of servicing the Ministry... And those can be supplemented by even one tactical officer on a freelance basis only when there's events at the Church not of a fulltime basis. Active, visible, confident people are a massive physiological barrier for the bad guy.
Tjo, by the way, do you remember the woman who attacked First Lady, Bishop Noel Jones' wife saying FL Loretta has been stalking them and gave her daughter cancer? My God! 😳
