As I remember the female Police DNA analyst was thoroughly and adequately thrashed for her lack of competency in conducting a proper DNA analysis of the blood. You had a corrupt male nurse extracting blood some of which was not in the tube, either removed before or after he recorded 8ccs taken. Then you had the Det. carry the edta vial of OJ's blood back to the murder site, probably with a saturated swatch of some of the missing blood. With 1.5 ccs missing there certainly was enough to plant.

In 1994 the best labs could do was tell whether a blood type was the same but not whether it was a particular person's blood. However, you destroy your own argument if police crime scene investigators collected blood from a murder site with EDTA & submitted it as evidence. They severely weaken their case against a defendant because EDTA should not be found in blood at a murder site unless THEY put it there.
Well I usually don't stretch out into subjective rambling based on purely subjective evidence and would rather remain objective by presenting objective evidence that counters the 19 years of subjective silliness about this case. However, that is often not as provocative or compelling as the emotional subjective argument. 2nd...You should ask yourself why would a homicide detective carry the accused blood back into a live crime scene, and then go to the coroner's department and inexplicably volunteer to carry the victims' tubes of blood on his person for the coroner's dept? 3rd..You should ask yourself why the thoroughly challenged photos of BM shoes he denies didn't show up 2 yrs earlier when the FBI took the stand? It is highly possible after the negatives traveled 1/2 way around the world...4th....

The jury was told by Judge Ito on that day, 02/07/95 that they must accept the lawyers' stipulation to a fact as evidence in the trial without question. Shapiro's offer to stipulate was inaudible, a sign that he was uncomfortable with accepting his apparent orders to stipulate to 9:37 when he had proposed 10:17 just 7 mos. earlier on 07/08/94.
