+NicoleLee Caudil I don't think you know much about DNA as it did not establish "exact" matches, but merely probabilities. One of the people who also matched the DNA would have been his son.

Uh no, they weren't "one in a trillion or something". The numbers used by the prosecution witnesses were pure bullshit. And even the DNA expert from Cellmark admitted that the methods they used to calculate did not include probabilities the blood was actually a close relative, in which case they could easily "match".
