I can't agree more! I would have loved for more streamlined engines to have been preserved, especially a lot of those Pacifics, like the NYC Mercury, Southern 1380, Frisco Firefly, Black Diamond, and SP Sunbeam. And then there was the C&O M1, which was a steam turbine with a just beautiful design, what better thing to have had preserved!
If I made a list of extinct steam locomotives I would include the Nashville Chattanooga and St. Louis’ 4-6-0s because two of them were involved in the great train wreck of 1918
6:45 by “Aerodynamic designs make it fuel-efficient on fast speeds” he means the real reason why streamliners were able to go so fast was because of all the rounded on the streamlining cut out a lot of friction which resulted in faster fuel efficient train rides
2:22 Imagine if they were rebuilt, and they wouldn't have had problems such as coal dust and water got into the trackshion moders, then one would have been preserved at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The same thing as the N&W steam engine Jawn Henry. and they could've done a better job with the Jawn Henry, and they wouldn't have made it too big and too late to save the age of steam. It would've been preserved at the Virginian Museum of Transportatio in Roanoke. Or they would've been rebuilt, and make a turbine trust videos, and the Union Pacific turbine would be built until 2030, the PRR turbine built until 2040, the C&O turbine built until 2045 and the N&W turbine built until 2050, and in the future, they wouldn't have problems
1:42 Imagine if they were rebuilt, so they wouldn't broke down, and they wouldn't have been scrapped. One would have been preserved at the Union Pacific steam shops in Chyanne, Wyoming. And the other one, at the Illinois Railway Museum.
Rail-Ryder 713 The Thomas & Friends franchise is financial aid for heritage and tourist railways as well as the gateway to rail enthusiasm. So I don’t see what is the big idea?

I vote for Southern 1380 and Southern mountain too.
I Agreed Make a Commodore Vanderbilt,Hudson,20 Century Limited And J.a3 Empire
If we rebuild a Nyc Hudson, we also have to restore The Nyc Mohawk locomotive that is sitting in a rail display siding
I think A Niagara to

That Green And Orange Streamliner Name Is Seabord Air Lines
The engine in the memorable mansions I think, the weird 6-2-0 type engine, I think it’s the bull dog.
These engines pulled freight until being retired in 1955 when diesels took over
What engine?
The A-3 class 2-10-4’s.
I would like to see a project to build a Pennsylvania S2 Turbine again!!!

Speaking of the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay Wisconsin There's a horrible football team that is close to that museum. I hate that team.

1 Streamlined steam locomotive u forgot to mention is the New Haven i5 Hudsons
As I said about me making my own ST here is the CSW K5. In 1925 the Campton southwestern built 26 k5 4-6-4s numbers 5600 to 7833
Sadly they were cut up in 1977
What was cut up in 1977?
Every single one of the CSWS 2-10-4 A-3 Texas types
On the Number 1 pick u forgot to mention the NYC’s Mercury engine
The Mercury is not a Hudson. It's a 4-6-2 Pacific. Hudson's have 4-6-4 wheel Arrangements.
Oh, but it was still owned and operated by the NYC and it was just as cool as the others
RIP 97% of US streamlined steamers
Also a nyc streamlined hudson apeard at the 1939 new york world's fair
How about the Y6Bs or the LS 2.
I did add the y6bs it's a 3 part video.
But 7833 survived today
What steam locomotive has the number 7833?
A-3 class number 7833.
how did you know 4449+611+490=5550
I was hoping the e2 class tank engine-
This list is for American steam. You just want it on there because of Thomas right?

Rail-Ryder 713 hey rail Ryder 713
Does anyone know what’s the name of the engine at 8:55?
It's a seaboard 4-6-2 streamlined Pacific
I’ve never heard of a N&W 4-8-2
Some of them were streamlined, and some of them weren't.
They were k class as a k2 and a k2a
DARN IT HE NEVER REPLYS TO MY COMMENTS
