This is my first preset tutorial video, i really hope you like it.
first and foremost, i would like to apologize for the lack of creativity in my playing... i just woke up and i was in a rush to work so i tried to make it as quick as i could. also please excuse me for any mistakes in my language... i'm obviouslly not american (israelli :D) and my english is not the best.

@CTROCK 1. Press n hold the store button while powering up the RP90/70 2. When the display prompts you with FR, release the store button. 3. Press n hold the store button for 3 seconds until r5 appears in the display and release. Takes after that like 20 secs. I hope you find this useful

i would like to mention that in fact, i did used the r9 prior to L9 but i switched to L9 because the r9 had too much treble to my taste and it didn't had enough bass to compensate for it.
in the end, this video is just advice so you can choose whatever distortion you like! as always its all a matter of tasete :)
@MathewAdlerSJC Each amp option that the pedal has gain settings from 1 - 9.
@eliasortegamaldonado just the rp-90 and a cheapy cheapy amp :)
i changed the setting of the effect completely since then though... i cut a lot on the bass and raised the mids to about 9.
sounds way better now :D
Hello! can you record a background in live mode on this effect?
Is there possibility to record backing track?
I own a Digitech Death Metal pedal and it sounds pretty good. The tone is scooped on it though so I have to crank the mids. Its a good pedal I just wish it had a gain control.
@lasado100 realmente no se puede escuchar cómo suena fuerte porque la grabadora no está recibiendo el espectro completo bajo del amplificador.
he añadido la mayor parte de los graves y el poder a través del amplificador para maximizar la claridad de la forma de sonido del efecto. :)

hey dude by any chance can you make a nice distortion out of that pedal and the give it just a little more power by throwing in a DS1 pedal for extra push like an overdrive but work with the noise gate and a compressor and add a touch of reverb and use the whammy pedal all of the sametime ?
@HeyPumpkin but they distort the sound badly... it's best to just get a bigger amp for more gain... you can't expect a 15W amp to have tons of gain XD
@Jamesmayfield8244 plug the transformator into the 9V slot?
@MathewAdlerSJC technically, the various types of distortions in the distortion menu differ from one and other by the amount of gain they have... so if you want more gain just pick the heaviest one...
but generally it's best to add gain through the amp or else you might fuck up your sound.

It has one but i have to admit it's pretty crappy as it distorts the sound heavily

@A7XFIendx6661 huh? 0.o i didn't really understood the point you were trying to make with that... i simplly made a video with a low budget multi effect... if you really wanna see what sound is i can make a vid with my GT-PRO and JCM-800....
use g4 with lots o' bass and treble, cut the mids. Best sounding distortion out of this.

guitarist 22 haven't used it since this video since i've moved on to more serious equipment.
generally speaking, in retrospect, the rp90 is pretty shitty... the samples are bad and it doesn't really shine in any particular quality...
I'd recommend investing in a proper multi like the zoom g5 or a modest pedalboard.
Joe Barishev can you suggest me some multi effects processor like this one in the same price
guitarist 22 at this price all multi effects suck. invest more or buy a distortion pedal and slowly build a pedalboard

yo se como hacer tu sonido aun mas pesado......... ve al efecto num. 90, sube a distorsion y aplicale E8 y veras como puedes tocar METAL de verdad
У меня проц такой же, комбик ваще говно-Еврофон, и честно говоря звук у меня гораздо жоще и жирнее.
Не надо выставлять все значения на максимум...лучше с эквалайзером повозится.
Копмрессия тоже кстати свою плюсы дает.
