You might have seen me on Sky but here's a behind the scenes look at my night in Japan at the grand prix in Suzuka. I really enjoyed my time in front of the camera and was great to be at a race as I haven't been able to commit to many this year due to other things going on.

These videos are awesome. I particularly like it when we see Nico away from the F1 bubble like at the airport at the end. It's pretty powerful, at least for me, seeing him in an environment where people just walk past him and he's just another bloke at the airport. It kind of puts F1 into perspective a bit too.

Please Nico! These vlogs are awesome but the cheesy music is ruining it from being spectacular. Could you turn that music level down, especially when you are talking

Love this perspective Nico - only criticism is turn the background music down a little, its a bit distracting when trying to listen to what you are saying! Great otherwise :D

The thing I really liked about seeing you on Sky Sports was you were happy to provide some truly interesting insights and details. It's always great when ex-drivers like DC, Webber or yourself appear as pundits, as you have the freedom to be much more opinionated and straight-talking. Hope you make loads more TV appearances at race weekends!
thatguy11 watch channel 4 they have Dc on commentary and mark webber pops up on the live races
The ONLY problem is that you should turn down the background music a bit to can hear you better but other than small moan(sorry!) I did enjoyed your video. Great to see you speaking to Jenson. Want to say that I enjoyed your stint on Sky F1. I have subscribed and cannot wait to see more of your videos

I would also like to say that your punditry skill was superb gaining insight of how a driver mentally prepares for the grand prix, how the car operates and also your sense of humor was always on point.
This is amazing. It gave me an insight on what goes on behind the scenes and it shows us what fun goes on with interviews with Daniel. 😂😂 Too bad there wasn’t an interview with Lewis.

Hay Nico, even though you have such a supreme image in the cooperate , media and biz world you still manage to be SO HUMAN. You always had a humble character which is the reason millions of people look up to you. Your logo just take you to another level!
This was awesome! I have a question for you. Who of the current drivers do you think is the best or do you like the most? I think Max Verstappen is seriously talented! Considering your reaction on his move on Vettel, you like him too;) Was a brilliant move though!

When you announced that you will be retiring from racing I was afraid that you would disappear.
Nico you have a sense of class about you. Your posture and dress style radiates class. You also come across very humble, not the type of person to say “I was world champion you know”.

Würde mich freuen, dich auch mal bei RTL zu sehen. Da ist bisher Timo Glock ein genialer Co Kommentator, den ich auch nicht missen möchte, aber ja leider nur zeitweise.

Great video. I was at the paddock this year and I felt like I didn’t belong there. You have to behave like you belong there and that’s so true. I love Niki. He was friendly and spent time carrying out a conversation.

It was awesome watching you on Sky Germany. It is a whole new perspective for all german F1 viewers on Sky. Surer also knows a lot, but you experienced it, and that's the key difference.

Amazing, and thank you for the tour Nico. When seeing this, theres no doubt..-You will always be the champ in us, the fans eye´s!!. You made the right decision in life, its an honor being able to follow you on new adventures.
I was never a big Nico fan but this video has shown me another side to him, not that i know him but you only see the tv coverage and you tend to build a opinion of someone based on that. His day seemed hectic, so i cannot imagine what it was like as driver with all the press work. Really loved the video and have now subscribed. If i was to make one criticism, it would be the lack of interaction with fans when signing things. I guess it must be a drag sometimes but these people pay a lot of money (for a normal working person) to see there stars race, so to meet them is on another level for them. All in all tho, a great video.

Really loved it! So hard to get access to the paddock and see behind the scenes, for the average fan, so it was great to see everything, and how your day worked. Don't be critical of yourself at all, for making a few mistakes! It's a new job, and I loved your insights. Made me smile a lot, after getting up at 4:30am to see you! Background music a little loud at times, but that's my only criticism! 🙂 Hoping to see you in London in a few weeks time, for your WIRED talk. Maybe you can make a mini-vlog for that. It is great to catch up with what you are doing now that we no longer get to watch you racing. I do agree with other comments that the background music is a bit much. Richtig cool, Nico! Du kannst uns Einblicke geben, die man sonst nicht sehen könnte! Außerdem bist du, finde ich zumindest, eine sehr interessante Persönlichkeit und einfach nur durch und durch sympathisch. Es muss ja auch nicht immer um Formel 1 gehen! :) Dadurch, dass die Vlogs auf englisch sind, bin ich mir sicher, dass du eine strahlende Zukunft auf RUclips haben wirst, wenn du so weitermachst!
