Mans was just clarifying a rule, a rule stating that the steering wheel should always be reattached after the race, he's been in the situation before where he spent more time than normal in parc ferme trying to reattach the wheel to avoid disqualification, so he needed to know the discrepancy, it's their job to know and understand the rules better...

I have to say driver safety should be more important than waving at fans. Grosjean wasn't asking for a fine or a punishment. He wanted Charlie to say that driver safety goes above all else and make a clarification that undoing seat belts before the car is parked is not allowed. Malaysia showed freak collisions can happen after the finish and if Vettel wasn't strapped in to wave at fans, he would have had serious physical harm on his collision with Stroll.

I would love to see them bring back showing the F1 Driver Briefings, it shows the personalities and relationships between the drivers, and I think that's very much a part of the sport fans love.

I'm not sure. I feel a lot of the time they see something that is questionable and they like to have clarification of what they actual rules are and wether or not they are enforcing them strictly. I you had asked them about the belt thing the weekend before they would have been fine, but the Vettel incident occurred and so they needed to brush over the rules around the cool down lap.
I wish they did this kind of camera work for all the F1 press conferences too. That would make it so much more dramatic and interesting to see all the drivers’ reactions in response to what other drivers are saying about them 😂 It would have been especially cool in Lewis vs. Nico times 😄🤜🏻🤛🏽
Your missing what really happened. Most driver meetings Lewis cries about Vettel doing this or that. It seamed Gro. was taking a shit on Lewis. Lewis cries about Seb not putting his steering wheel back in the car so Gro give Lewis a taste of his own meds.
The drivers didn't want it and Charlie also decided against it. This because they wanted to be more free in these gathering so that they could talk about things without the camera's holding them back.
He is not trying to get him penalized. If you didn't know, drivers current steering wheels are a secret, so they try their best to hide them. You're usually supposed to leave it in the car after an accident, but Vettel brought it with him, without being penalized. This means that maybe Hamilton and the other drivers can do the same, in an effort to hide their steering wheel. This has absolutely nothing to do with Hamilton trying to get Vettel penalized. The stewards knew about it beforehand. It's not like bringing it up would change anything.
It's typical that Ferrari can get away with breaking the rules! So Vettel deliberately crashes into Vettel and all he receives as a penalty is a drive through penalty. If Hamilton or any other driver had deliberately crashed into another driver, god knows what they'd be given; probably a jail sentence!

The drivers didn't want it and Charlie also decided against it. This because they wanted to be more free in these gathering so that they could talk about things without the camera's holding them back.

He is not trying to get him penalized. If you didn't know, drivers current steering wheels are a secret, so they try their best to hide them. You're usually supposed to leave it in the car after an accident, but Vettel brought it with him, without being penalized. This means that maybe Hamilton and the other drivers can do the same, in an effort to hide their steering wheel.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Hamilton trying to get Vettel penalized. The stewards knew about it beforehand. It's not like bringing it up would change anything.

It would be so easy to have all kind of cheating programs in it.
It's typical that Ferrari can get away with breaking the rules! So Vettel deliberately crashes into Vettel and all he receives as a penalty is a drive through penalty. If Hamilton or any other driver had deliberately crashed into another driver, god knows what they'd be given; probably a jail sentence!

2. He doesn't realise Lewis mainly did it when he won a race. Romain the king of crashing has never experienced a win with HaaS and soo therefore didn't know that feeling
