What I’ve done is transfer my SK-II Facial Treatment Essence into a spray bottle; I mist it onto my face & neck after dot-dot-dotting on La Mer The Concentrate, and then pat it all in, with the Essence making it much easier to spread The Concentrate. Btw I use a silicone makeup sponge to apply The Concentrate as well as Crème de la Mer, and I HIGHLY recommend it because it almost completely eliminates the product wastage inherent in fingertip application.

I just got the lamer treatment lotion, 75ml soft cream and 15ml concentrate, cant wait to use. Since Estee lauder discontinued my moisturizer, I am using caudlie full vinoprect range right now and its lovely too.
Just got the treatment lotion thanks to you! So excited to try it! Tried creme de la Mer for the first time last week and I’m obsessed it makes my skin feel so amazing!
Your skin looks great with both of them. I have been using the La Mer the lotion for close to a month, and while my skin isn’t that dry, I get dehydrated, especially when the seasons change. I love the way it feels and it absorbs quickly. I tried the SK II in the past but I was too lazy to go that extra step. I might need to try it again. I think it would work really well during the day under makeup.
@@MorganTalksbeauty I would love a video on how to use masks in general (the skincare ones!). I am never sure if they should be used morning or night, if they should be followed up by your regular skincare, or just left alone. Just a suggestion, if you can think of any advice to share!

I have a lot of product to use up from sub boxes but I have to say, I am not one of those who says overpriced.. I like the idea of vibrational infusions if the am saying this correctly. Normally I use Ayuna II cream which is around $200. I can’t believe I’m still using this sample of LaMer now going into week 3!!

The La Mer looks to be a little thicker and have more body, so I would probably use it as a toner right after SK II, before serum and other skincare. Let me know if you tried both 😊
I rotate them. Usually to my skins needs. I have been on a Treatment Lotion kick again these last couples of weeks, but I did use the SK-II a lot in the winter months. I do not use both at the same time.

I have only sampled it and did not notice much of a difference. I personally did not mind, because I think the original formula was just so good I dont ever want them to change it!!
hmm.... I have never though of this. I suppose so !? The SKii is more of a true essence, where the La Mer is more of a hydrator. If your skin tolerates it and it works for your skin. I personally would not do it on my skin.
The Treatment lotion is not a toner. La Mers is like a layer of hydration to prep your skin for oncoming products. Same with SK-II. I use La Mer Treatment lotion on my extra dry days and it works wonders.
I have tried Tatcha essence and I did not really like it that much. I prefer the La Mer lotion for sure. But people really love Tatcha, so I am sure it works wonders for many.

Silicone makeup sponges are also great for applying sunscreen because you know for a fact it’s all going on your face

That cause the SK 2 is more natural, why you feel the La Mer is softer at first is cause is a thicker Consistency of some type of oil.
Yes sk 2 so nice for oily skin. When i try lamer its not good for oily skin. I get some pimple after use lamer

Would you know why my sk ii bottle doesnt dispense as easy as yours? Mine doesnt come out unless its upside down and im shaking it up and down.

Yeah La Mer is pricey. SK-II is not far behind, thats for sure !
SK2 has parabens against la mer so I prefer la mer lotion it’s safe and good for dehydrated skin however you can try tatcha essence it’s amazing
