Rocking Hammerfest - Parksville, BC

I continued down the mountain at Hammerfest near Parksville, BC. I hit Jughead, Rock & Roll, and Barf Bag. They are all blue flow trails that were easy to follow and fun to ride. I only rode sections of some of the trails.

@@TrueRouteResearch well I was. Then I broke a couple ribs riding and I’m looking at 2 surgeries. Torn rotator cuff and torn labrum in my hip. May need a hip replacement. 😆
