It was already said that the Titus never will be made for public use. So, good luck trying to get them to do it ,because they'll never add it.

@@robinson3029 Actually, they did leak something about the Titus being used for the public, they leaked a storm drain, and the bumper that was ripped of. (EDIT) But you’re probably right about it not coming to the public, we never know.
