You need precisely 200 AH for the cooldown to be the exact 1 second after hitting someone. Even though the Ward Stone gives 10 AH and a 20% bonus. With 156.6 AH from other sources + 10 from Ward Stone for the 20% bonus you get the 200 AH. So you are effectively using 2 slots for 44 AH. You could get 2 itens that gives 25 AH each, or a shoojin and get the same results. Also, Night Haverst gives 5 more AH than support items. Also if you are not support you get more gold and have the support buy the Staff of Flowing Water which would give you +20 AH. TLDR: You need only Dark Haverst, Cosmic Drive, Black Cleaver, Shoojin, Ionian Boots and someone with the Stsff + Runes and Blue Buff. You will also have one free slot to buy more haste items. The build can come online as early as lvl 11 as long as you have these items and max E first.

@@ItsYuigiKai'Sa can jungle, but you are right that it is not ideal... I had gone Eclipse because it had built out of Vamp Scepter, but it's been so long since I have played, there's probably more optimal adcs as jungler.
