Thank you for the info, I just shovelled outside for a bit and thought there is a right way to do it. Pick the right size shovel, use a little one to lift snow, a bigger shovel to dust, and bend at the knees. Good tips 👍

Take only the top parts of the snow pile. Then pick a little lower, then lower till at the bottom of the snow pile. I have back pain most of my life. This helps me do shovelling snow. Also the wind in Edmonton was from the northwest. Sideway I always put the snow on the upwind side, and about 2 inches o n the other side. I had about 2 inches to shovel. Others leveled the sidewalk on both sides, then aver a foot of snow, more back pain. Thank you for some ideas to shovel.

I just spent 5 hrs cleaning up my driveway with drifts 4 feet tall. I found that starting at the top, and digging downwards, then scooping it away works best for large drifts.

8 to 10 to 12 hour shifts??????!!! Who the heck is this narrator. Even in the snowiest of weather you're not going out and doing 12-hour shifts of shoveling. Notice the narrator is not in the video at all. Tells me all of her information is suspect to begin with. I just went out and helped to shovel and snow blow my yard. We got two feet of snow. It took an hour and a half. Still snowing by the way. I just came in and had half a sleeve of Chips Ahoy and an Arizona Iced Tea. That's how you take care of snow.
