Biggest & Scariest Fish I've Ever Caught 😂 Willow Lakes Leisure Park Lincolnshire 2022

A couple of years ago when we decided to take up fishing, my Dad and I found it really quite enjoyable. Even though I'm absolutely terrified of big fish.
When we first started, I was even squirming at the thought of putting maggots on a hook. Fast forward a couple of years and I'm now able to handle the little fish and even take them off the hook. But when it comes to the big buggers, you can count me out.
We spent a few days at Willow Lakes Leisure Park in Ashby Cum Fenby, Lincolnshire, and had some really good success. We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges and had access to a perfect spot right outside the lodge.
Granted, the camera work in this one isn't the best you'll ever see, but what you will get is plenty of fish on the screen, some amateur fishermen, and maybe a few little laughs along the way.
Go back a few years and look at the difference in me. It's incredible. Yes I still have anxious thoughts now and again, and I still get those wobbly feelings, but my mindset is so different these days. It's all about getting up, getting out, and getting moving. Take every single opportunity you have to get out and do something you enjoy. You won't regret it.

Shouldn't wrap a cloth around the fish when handling them, you remove their natural mucus which protects them
