My day off today for some recovery but can't wait to grind tomorrow. Salute

My lower back surgery at 29 was a turning point, teaching me the importance of balance.
Teaching me valuable lessons and reminding me that if you dont use something you will lose it.
However what other ways of training dont teach you compared to what you see on this channel, are the mental perks.
The willingness to push tbrough when things arent going how its planned to be. And for that, im blessed i became a proud member of the wolfpack. 🐺
I dedicated myself to intense training for years, following the videos on this channel and later incorporating my routines, understanding how to manipulate variables for specific outcomes, such as hypertrophy and strength.
A few months ago, a serious setback occurred like i mentioned.
I experienced numbness in my leg, which progressed to cauda equina syndrome, necessitating surgery to address nerve blockage at S1.
I share this not seeking compassion but to inform those on the path to strength and fitness.
Even though most of the routines use our own bodyweight, chances of overreaching or getting injured are less occuring then with weight training..
But even then, as an athletic and trained individual after YEARS of training,.after getting introduced to this style, my body decided to turn against me.
I'm unsure what went wrong, i had a soreness in the pififormis a few weeks prior to when i felt a pop during a stretch to relieve the tension in my piriformis area..
Always ate clean, proper sleep, good hydratation etc...
Now, these workouts do build muscle, but there are more scientifically structured approaches, like periodization with weights.
However, if you have the time and seek a robust fitness regimen, these workouts will lead to remarkable fitness gains.
Another big benefit is the ACCESSIBILITY.
In my opninion one of the best ways to become functional without the need for expensive equipment while building dense lean muscle and becoming a conditioned all around athlete.
Excellence in the basics like Art mentioned many times already.
Consistent effort with at least three full-body workouts per week, as seen here, accumulates fatigue on muscles and the central nervous system, activating hypertrophy responses.
Don't be swayed by social media influencers.
If bodybuilding or aesthetics are your goals, you better get yourself a gymmembership and become narcistacally obsessed with hiw you look.
    This is al about PERFORMANCE
This is warrior training, designed to mold you into a machine, ready to face life's challenges, forging an iron will alongside a lean, athletic body as a natural response. 🦾
Much love to the warriors around the world.
    Stay safe

Upper disc injury in the thoracic spine had me reevaluate weights. Can look at my channel, basically after the 3-4 months off from 5 years lifting I decided to go body weight and been here since. Less chance of Injury, and yes you may not look like bear mode with shirts on, but functionally is fine. Add in some dumbbell benching or overhead pressing and lat raises and of course tons of pull-ups and you’re gold. I still do lightweight deadlifts just for back health every now and then, but I’m chasing big numbers or any of that. Just safe back. Anywho. Wish you the best with recovery.

But since a while I am ill super frequently, headaches, coughs, feverish, muscle and back pains. My immune system is super weak, and me and some doctors I have seen are pretty clueless - taking some zinc and vitamins now, ginseng and nux vomica. Any ideas on what else can help to boost immune health??
