I'm not sure where this video is filmed but the deaths were 2 in Ada, 1 in Marietta, and 1 in Sulphur according to Gov. Stitt's speech today.

I trust the good citizens of Oklahoma will remain true to their principles and refuse any form of socialist aid from the federal government. I'm sure they'll take pride in pulling themselves up by their bootstraps and remaining self-sufficient without help from anyone else.
