I just hope everyone is okay. I've lost everything I've ever owned in a horrific house fire including almost my life. Possessions are replaceable. People are not. Prayers and love sent to all.
Me too.
💜 I'M SO SORRY JESSICA MARIE & JUDITH 😢HOW DEVASTATING. THANK GOODNESS YOU ARE STILL WITH US. GOD BLESS YOU, SENDING YOU LOVE & HUGS XOXO 🥰🙏✝️💜💜💜
I'm sorry you went through that. I hope life is better.
Me three!
We got hit by one and it was so close. My neighbor got hit by it and I'm so lucky I'm alive
Seeing a twister heading straight for your home is absolutely terrifying. Happened last summer and it lifted 1/2 mile from us. We never had tornadoes here until last year and it happened like 4 times!!! I've never prayed so hard in my life. Hope all are unharmed.
It's the end times and these natural disasters are going to become larger and more frequent. Jesus is coming back soon to bring us Home! ❤😅
@@suesue983Sad to say, it will get worse. Climate change is finally more felt in the West as predicted and there's no stopping it. People think they can "slow it down" but the chain reactions have been happening. Icebergs melting are also apparently "pressure lids" to inactive volcanoes and new volcanoes. Plus all those "weird isolated animal attacks". The food supply though, when seasons cannot sustain the growing of food for humans and animal feed for meat. The devastation of houses and places. Plus, losing power...etc...etc...
The West is still out of touch with reality. As usual, it will be too late when they finally act, the biggest polluters and consumers.
Only known living planet.

How absolutely f**king useless. 😵💫
Those folks sure are calm.
I see folks driving around like on a Sunday outing.
I know, right!!?? I was thinking the same thing. They act like laa dee daa! No emotion or sense of emergency. Very calm! I would have been terrified and in disbelief over seeing a tornado like that!
Exactly
That was tripping me out rn!
Hope everyone made it through ok. That had to be terrifying.
I was stationed in southern Oklahoma, while there, I saw a tornado that looked a mile wide. I'll never forget it, it had big sheets of tin siding flying around in it along with lumber and telephone poles. That was 40 years ago, I remember it like it was yesterday.
That sheet metal is probably like flying gullitines that can cut a person in half or take a head off! 🤔
May i ask what year and what town was next the base?
Scary. :0
I could probably find what tornado wthat aws if you give the location and exact date
@@derk486tf?isnt that a personal question nah man.
Prayers for all involved
This is so devastating to the community’s. We feel your pain. For the people who have to start over from scratch my sincere sympathy and sending prayers your way.
💜 AMEN 🙏✝️💜
What I have never understood is why people continue to build and live in known tornado alleys.
🫢🤔🙄
Thats what insurance is for, isn't it?
Unfortunately, every year the number of natural disasters will increase. A very important climate report was voiced at the international online forum *"Global* *crisis.* *There* *is* *a* *way* *out"* (time 4:37-31:30).
The only solution is the *Creative* *Society,* where human life will be the highest value, so everyone will be guaranteed safety, well-being and a high standard of living.
@TheBluesnbob may be to a certain point. Although if an insurance company knows it's inevitable, they will be paying out claims because of past history. They may not offer insurance policies to these areas. I live in the backcountry of San Diego County, a rural area. It's next to impossible to get fire insurance. Because of the high-risk area, although we have our share of wildfires, it's pretty rare that there's structure losses. The 2007 Firestorm was the worst in area history. As far as property loss. It wasn't really as bad as other disasters, but the president did declare it a disaster, so we got FEMA assistance. Most people I know that lost homes didn't have insurance, let alone fire insurance. The Mennonites (similar to Amish) donated their time and expertise in rebuilding homes 🏡 for the one's without insurance and lost their home.
Its insane that wind can do that. Hoping for a speedy recovery to those that were affected.
Climate catastrophes are gaining strength day by day. An international team of scientists has given an accurate mathematical model of the events of the coming years (online forum *"Global* *crisis.* *There* *is* *a* *way* *out",* time 4:37-31:30).
The only solution is the *Creative* *Society,* which will protect every human life and guarantee well-being and security.
If you can't tell if it's moving, it's coming straight at you. Run.
Or the other way. So if its not moving and getting bigger its coming towards you
Or it's stationary
Where? Where do you GO??

Wow! I'm looking at the brave souls still driving
The strangest thing to me, is how calm the clouds look, the trees aren't swaying that badly, the sky doesn't seem very dark yet there it is. This seriously looks like a normal cloudy day if the tornado wasn't there
💜 YES, I'M STUNNED! THE SKIES DON'T LOOK THREATENING AT ALL! NOT EVEN DARK & STORMY. THIS IS VERY DECEIVING FOR A TORNADO 🌪 COMING THROUGH. WILD! I HAD MORE THREATENING WEATHER HERE TODAY IN IOWA! I PRAY EVERYONE WAS SAFE 🙏✝️💜💜💜

The house i live in now was destroyed in 1958 by a tornado.
They rebuilt it. It now has a tornado shelter in the basement.
I followed a tornado one time.
It's amazing how much power they have.
All the trees were sheared off at the same level, about 12 feet.
It looked like a giant lawnmower had passed through. Debris scattered everywhere.
Lots of destruction, it was just amazing to see.
Get a bunker somewhere else other than your basement or your screwed
@@chris-cy5ed
No.
This house has a tornado shelter apart from beneath the house. Its a room off to the side. Just big enough for a few folks to hunker down.
No home structure above
All homes built after 1958 have one in this town
Indiana?
That first shot it looked like it’s not moving. That’s when you RUN it’s coming right toward you and fast.
glad no one was hurt, however one person didn't make it...south of here..prayers for everyone affected...
I grew up in Indiana, and tornados happened all the time.
If you notice people don't hide from tornados, they watch them first. If they are coming towards your location, you leave that location.
You don't hunker down unless you have a bunker, not a basement!
People claimed I was a liar when I said I go looking for tornados.
If a storm is happening and tornados are building, I go outside, not inside.
If it's coming at you then you can leave the area.
If you have a basement and you simply run there, and your house is hit. Then, hopefully, it moves the weight of your house away from the basement.
Because your floor trusses will not handle the entire weight of your house dropped down on it.
They are not built for that.
It's called a false sense of security!
What's a Hoosier? 😊
I live in Kokomo Indiana and I go outside because if I stay in the trailer when it comes then I am gone anyway
fellow Hoosier here.. I certify all of thee above🤣

Prayers for those families hit by that tornado in Greenwood Indiana!!
Thank you. I had my family downstairs in case it shifted. Think my kids are getting used to the weather here. Lived in Greenwood over 14 years and in Indiana the last 40.
Hoping everyone is ok.
The towns are never the same and they do recover so, but never really the same way it used to be
So many beautiful homes and lives destroyed in an instant. There are some things more valuable than money or gold and just can't be replaced once it's lost. Prayers to all the families that had to go through this. This is the first time i seen this, hopefully there weren't any casulties.
You are completely right.

That second storm looked like the dirt devils in central Mexico. Hundred to hundred fifty mph winds on the extreme end with a blue sky
Don't know who told you this, but it's a lie. Dust devil winds don't get anywhere near that high. Your talking about a strong F3 tornado with wind speeds that high. I just Googled it, and they say the average dust devil is 60 mph or lower, and in some extreme cases can get as high as around 85 mph. That could rio up shingles, blow yard furniture around, maybe knock down rotted and weakened trees and tree limbs. A 150 mph twister would destroy a well built brick and mortar home and can pick up vehicles and throw them. That famous video of a tornado tossing semi truck trailers into the sky, which weigh tens of thousands of pounds was an F3 that had winds lower then 150.
So terrifying yet mesmerizing.
Prayers for you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌
Glad I wasn't in Indiana yesterday where this tornado was
I live here. I'm 5 minutes from this place. It was probably an hour at most of crappy weather. After it passed, it was a pretty decent evening.
This has got to be so frightening. You can never know which way the thing is going to go.
You can tell if it's not moving it means two things, it comes towards you or moves away from you.
Imagine the shopkeeper was like-SORRY, but we only offer shelter to PAYING customers 👀😬
bro if that happened the shopkeeper would turn into MR. Krabs
I was born and raised in tornado alley. I'm 71 years old and like many people here have never seen a tornado in person!
Trust me, you don't want to.
Im 10 and an ohioan and im scared of tornados like- im movin to japan byeee😀
that looks so terrifying. God bless everyone there, and I hope no one was hurt!
I was very close to this yesterday we were getting insulation from things being destroyed it looked like it was snowing I hope everyone is ok we just went through this in April 😢

I don't think it's beautiful! Terrifying yes. It's almost unbelievable to see how much power a twister has! Looking at it, it just seems like a breeze!

This is one of the biggest reasons why I moved to the northwest from Kentucky. I’m not afraid no more when it gets a bit windy here in Oregon
God bless you all. I hope no one was hurt. I live in earthquake country and I'd rather live here with no Tornadoes. Those things scare the frap out of me

It's always a smart idea to stand behind plate glass when an EF4 Tornado is in your neighborhood😮
That’s one scary sight.
Praying all are safe
My heart always breaks when I see the destruction it brings to people's lives
This looks surreal! It doesn’t look stormy at all, looks like a beautiful day. Those are the storms that are so dangerous. They sneak up and surprise you. No rain just a wind storm. Crazy!
Oh no! I live near that but in Indiana I'm used to them. They happen almost every month atleast once a month. In Kokomo is the worst place to be during one! My dad lived in Indiana and in Kokomo there was 2 tornados at once in Kokomo 1965. Dad was only 13 yrs and he watched it as they connected to one huge tornado go right by his house! They didn't hide anywhere they just watched it praying to be alive
That has to be such a helpless feeling watching that thing heading straight at your house !
OMG. I pray that everyone is okay... 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾
Remember: you can't drive away from tornados. They are not bound by roadways and typically, traffic will be so backed up you can't outdrive it.
Some tornados also move MUCH faster than cars. In 1925, the tri-state tornado moved at 70 mph!
Just too scary. We had one in Toledo a couple weeks ago, and a port-a-potty flew right over my truck. I was lucky, no dents or worse.
Alot of tornadoes lately.. even in Jersey today and we really like never get them.. bless you all 💙🙏
I live very close to this and i can comfort that nothing stops besides the lights. People don't stop driving or watching.
Speaking of this tornado I don't know if this is the right day of airpil 2nd but Louisville Kentucky (where I am) was hit by a tornado with really strong winds. Luckily the tornado didn't come near us. I do gymnastics and some of my gymnast are out in Brandenburg and Bowling Green Kentucky. I hope they are ok an if I can see them again. The tornado has exited the state of Kentucky. I'm praying for the people in Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio. God bless you and your family amen 🙏.
Greenwood, Indiana 2023. I was nearby but unaffected minus the terror of the sirens going off and my host’s security system blasting something like, “Get to shelter. A tornado is confirmed nearby” over and over again. What you’re seeing is it grazing the roof of a nearby apartment building. It dissipated shortly afterwards.
OMG! Flash back, I along with 3 Cars and a Pickup Truck had to Out run a big twister several years ago! We made it to an Over Pass and all got under the Top holding on for dear life! It took 2 of the cars pulling them out and over! 😮
Prayers to all affected🙏
Oh my God, those poor people that lost everything🙏
As someone who has been in a tornado this is scary
Both beautiful and yet terrifying
Hope everyone is safe.

I feel so spoiled not ever encountering harsh or sudden weather. We do get mild quakes our family has been waiting on the big one over 80 years. I’m good
Hope no one got hurt…God bless!!!
