I have nb 3 and have been running for 8 months, bought nb 4 on 25/02, have run 8 times but found that nb4 is less bouncy and lacks bounce, today I just gave it to my sister to use, run and use nb3 again. Thanks

How is it for you? Ver 3 and Ver 4

I have Nova blast 3 and Nova blast 4. I wanted to love the 4s more than the 3s because they look so much better but the 3s are so much better. The cushion feels so much better and is much more breathable. Also the rounded shape of the toe area feels like the 4s are trying too hard to propel you forward where as the 3s feel much more natural. I will say the 4s feel better only in the heel lockdown but the 3s feel perfectly fine. I’ll be keeping both pairs only because I love the look of the 4s in green but if I was picking between I would be getting the Nova blast 3s all day over the Novablast 4s

Is the outsole rubber a different type that is not diabolical in the wet?

A question. I was advised to use 10mm drop running shoes. This one has 8mm. Is that a big difference? I rather prefer heel striking. Tks for the help.

Is that sunrise red color way actually red or more of pink?

Is there still overpronating like the 3?

Thanks for watching and sending through your Question. We and I found the Nova 4s to be more stable through mid-stance. I am an overpronator and can tolerate a neutral shoe (actually prefer) and the Nova 4, is in my opinion is very stable through transition. Regards, Josh

If you had to pick between the 4 and Supernlast - Do you think the Superblast is worth spending a few more Pounds on? Thanks

Is it wider than the previous model?

Great Question. No, not wider, if anything a little shallower through the forefoot.
