Actually, yes! ( and for free, too!) Just smack the homebrew channel on there, ( there is a Wii U version) And download Sonic 4 onto a thumb drive, go into the Homebrew channel, and upload it from there through Wii mode. Hope that this gives you a basic idea of what to do, and enjoy the game!
