I bought a pack but there was no instruction in English how to use it and the clerks in the store didn't know how. So when I wrappened my Kueh Keng, there were air pockets and not tightly wrapped like those ones I saw being sold. But now I know what to do next time. Thank you so much. Your meat roll look so nice and pretty. We call it Kueh Keng in Fookien. Can you please tell me the size of the skin cuttings?

Ejmatt Delacruz The wrappers are bean curd sheets, I believe only found in Asian groceries/markets. They are the soft type.
