    Would you say adding weights inside your skipping rope helps?

      Hi William,
      That might help the momentum when swinging. You will be able to swing faster. Your shoulder and forearm would also become stronger when adding weights. It requires more stamina :-)

    Should I double swing for 10mins continuously?...looks tough

      Not for 10 minutes. Do it for 1-2 minutes and a little break. Then try again. We would recommend 3-4 times during that 10 minutes 💪😎

      When your muscles begins to feel heavy, it's good!
      Otherwise try to jump faster and not higher :-)

      Speed and agility! :-)
      Badminton is about moving on the toes - this exercise stimulate the same muscles

    It's hard to do a double jump for me but I've built enough strength already.
    I think i couldn't swing fast enough. So how can i swing faster?

      The forearm motoric and practise.
      You shouldn't do the double jump only the double swing!

    Why is horse jump bad??

      It's not bad. But if you want to improve speed, you shouldn't do the 'horse' jump :-)

      Badminton Exercises because ur Danish and I have heard that average height in Denmark is around 6ft while in India it's just 5'5 that's why I asked u this question well thanks for replying

      This will not increase the height. That is mostly genetics. You will probably become a bit taller than your dad ;-)
      Anyway, what you can control is the speed and strength - that isn't 100% genetics.
