Hi William, That might help the momentum when swinging. You will be able to swing faster. Your shoulder and forearm would also become stronger when adding weights. It requires more stamina :-)
Not for 10 minutes. Do it for 1-2 minutes and a little break. Then try again. We would recommend 3-4 times during that 10 minutes 💪😎 Did this help you?
Badminton Exercises because ur Danish and I have heard that average height in Denmark is around 6ft while in India it's just 5'5 that's why I asked u this question well thanks for replying
This will not increase the height. That is mostly genetics. You will probably become a bit taller than your dad ;-) Anyway, what you can control is the speed and strength - that isn't 100% genetics. If you have any questions let us know, we are here for you! 😉🙏

You shouldn't do the double jump only the double swing!

It's not bad. But if you want to improve speed, you shouldn't do the 'horse' jump :-)
