    For all those who commenting like veetile velai senjaaale pothum normal aakrathuk... see pregnancy is a crucial period in every woman’s life .. lots of hormonal changes and body transformation and also anxiety can cause depression and stress for the carrying lady ... making them happy and engaged in all these kind of recreational activity is best to feel them happy and confident through out their pregnancy... enna jus one thing carefulaa irikkanom .. anu akka being a Malayali and mom of two kids I would appreciate you for all the efforts you have put forward to wipe out the misconceptions about pregnancy.. keep going ❤️❤️ from Kerala

    Did she mention that by doing this dance people will under go normal delivery?
    They are just enjoying and celebrating their pregnancy. This just makes them happy. Mood swing and depression are so common in pregnancy. Mental health is equally important as physical health during pregnancy. Dancing during pregnancy is risky for few but not for all depending on their medical condition. Going to be mothers are more careful than the people who are commenting saying dancing is too risky. They know their body well than u. Not everyone are same. They consult doctor before trying anything new. They won't do it if they are not comfortable. They are more cautious. Moreover they are not doing any kind of heavy movements like rolling over the floor or back flip. These steps look more like a exercise. So stop spreading negativity. Just admire how happy and beautiful they look by dancing.

    It so good to see this dance , but I personally feel there is no safety because pregnant women can feel dizzy any time and they have short breathness too..
    I even had a normal delivery only by doing pregnancy yoga
