Mental health is equally important as physical health during pregnancy. Dancing during pregnancy is risky for few but not for all depending on their medical condition. Going to be mothers are more careful than the people who are commenting saying dancing is too risky. They know their body well than u. Not everyone are same. They consult doctor before trying anything new. They won't do it if they are not comfortable. They are more cautious. Moreover they are not doing any kind of heavy movements like rolling over the floor or back flip. These steps look more like a exercise. So stop spreading negativity. Just admire how happy and beautiful they look by dancing.

It so good to see this dance , but I personally feel there is no safety because pregnant women can feel dizzy any time and they have short breathness too..
I even had a normal delivery only by doing pregnancy yoga
