It’s not possible for evry women hopefully those girls participating in this session are allowed to move around many having household works and family to take care..... even they can’t spend 10 min to walk around... pregnancy differs from person to person
Yes for few doctors advice especially for ppl who's backbone is not strong

A humble request to all pregnant ladies out there... Please do not follow such videos blindly. DO CONSULT YOUR GYNAECOLOGIST BEFORE DOING ANY EXERCISES IN YOUR PREGNANCY. Trust me no one else can guide you better than your gynaecologist on which exercises should be done in your pregnancy. Always remember every woman's pregnancy is different. Always follow what your gynaecologist advises you to do during your pregnancy.
One feedback for this video - please give a disclaimer that consult your gynaecologist before doing this excersize because evey woman's pregnancy is different.

I am a doctor. This is very risky for people with placenta praevia, low lying placenta. Consult with gynecologist before doing these activities. But for people without any such problems exercise is good. Remember everyone are different.

This group dance is a very good effort. No one except your Gynecologist can advice which is the safe period or month for you for such activities. It differ from individual to individual, please take expert advice.
This is safe and better than our houshold work.if it's a stress-free dance for them ,they will definitely enjoy it .but if they stress themself to dance this ,it should be painfull and they will suffer .it's about our heart and brain. Pregnancy is not a burden we should know to do everything because It's a god's gifted days of women

Everybody is different as so every body . Especially pregnancy can differ from person to person. There are lot more pregnancy complications which could affect mom and fetus due to high movements. among are abruption of placenta , which is very dangerous for fetus . Better avoid these kind of movements . It’s always better to be safe THAN SORRY .

Dancing is fine, I hope you know the finess details of the mothers who are performing here and it s under expert guidance but dancing in this small area I don't like, if one falls down it will be risky for everyone, my suggestion is to do in a bigger space with enough gap between the ppl

You can ask them to do dance in a bigger place rather than criticise her. Now a days no one is doing more physical work because of grinder vacuum cleaner Washing machine etc. Those who are thinking this is bad you are advising them to take a c section. This much high speed movements are not recommended for pregnant ladies. Please take care. As per traditional and according to old people they recommend to be active and do light activities like moderate walking, listening to light music, but this song is very speed and as per my view it's very important to follow some kind of things especially while carrying.

@@aishu3551 this helps in flexible body muscle and delivery is like doing a heavy labour.. Only if you do household work and do this kind of excerise.. You'll have stamina to push the baby and you'll not get tired if your having a longer delivery.. Once pain starts it will minimum 3 hrs to maximum 16 hours for normal delivery.. However it's good to check your 5th month scan report and proceed with workout and dance..
We can't assure 100% you'll have normal delivery.. Because if you get panic your body will not cooperate.. But because your body was flexible... You can avoid backpain and other inconvenience caused due to surgery and become active soon after delivery

I also delivered inarch 2020 healthy boy baby just by taking good food doing housework and walking and staying calm. Epadi adi duck walk all these lam pananum illa...don't risk by doing all this with your baby .🙏🙏
There s nothing wrong in dancing, if the mother has exposure to dance she can do during pregnancy as well provided there s no health complications...but I don't know all the women here are dancers and expert advice iruka nu therila...I used to do workouts and squad during pregnancy time because I am used to it for a long time...but I personally don't like this video since it s a small place and doing these heavy steps, they should do in a bigger place and enough space should be there in between

@@dhivyadhivya7002 they can dance.. My doctor adviced me.. I should physical moment for more then 2 hours a day to strengthen my bone.. So that I can carry my.. I asked if I can dance.. Yes I can dance I can do yoga aasanas but. Should I avoid invasions that's bending and touching ground.. You can see ppl doing weight lifting also but that should be done under guidance
Duck walk is suggested my doctors.. You can sit like duck and you wipe the house.. It will expand the pelvic bones and it will easy to push the baby out during delivery.. Our Culture has dance in it.. But due to invasion.. We are forgetting many

If they have placenta placed at that bottom they should not do. I m not telling dancing is bad but not good for all. These videos will miss lead.

@@shanmukhasaketha7801 it's not because of dancing usually few baby's cord will around doctors can turn the position of the baby only if baby's body is stiff.. It will lead to c section.
Even ppl who don't dance face the issue.. For more ppl more physical activity is required.. Like in my case 2 hours.. I split it into 20 minutes and do in different intervals in a day.. It should be done according doctors suggestion and advice.. More important you should involve movement that includes bending forward.. Apart from you can dance or do arobics which involves upper and lower body moment

Please let them know not to worry.. For few the heart beat will get develope after the fifth week.. Like mine.. I got my fetus heart beat only after the fifth week.. And got confirmed at seventh week scan..
