So this is a fillo dough bread pudding. Bread pudding uses almost all the same ingredients but with bread. Looks delicious. Love your channel.

Galaktoboureko is soaked in syrup like baklava. Bougatsa is not and is like a spanakopita or tiropita (spinach and cheese pie), but sweet

I promise you this. You have never had a good dessert until u have tried an authentic Italian dessert or pastry. I warn you it's dangerously addictive. If you are on a diet, I am severely recommended to stay far away lol.
