It makes sense for April to have a cute name for Raph, cause in Megan's interview for the first movie she did say April had a close relationship with Raph, so I can see them in these adaptions as being closer friends/family to each other. I just wish they kept this scene or added a scene where there was more interaction between her and the turtles that didn't consist of having to fight haha. Heck, had they not scrapped the 3rd movie we could have had that chance.
Yes, Megan Fox confirms that they are in a close relationship. I love them. I love watching them both together. They definitely have some small but beautiful moments. No matter what anyone says, I definitely get a couple or similar vibe from Raphael and April. April and Raphael's behavior towards each other is completely different from the others. For example, Raphael never displays an aggressive attitude towards April. Yes, in the first movie, Raphael is a little rude to her when they first meet her, but when he gets to know her later, Raphael's behavior towards April changes. in the first movie The two of them stayed behind and rescued the other turtles, giving the two time to bond. In that scene, April sees Raphael's vulnerability side. Raphael also sees that April cares about them, and from this point their close relationship begins. You just need to watch their scenes carefully.
Actually what I'm about to tell you is cool November 6th of this year they are finally releasing the third movie

Remember at the end of the first film, April and Raph shared a smile when she said "That's what family's are for"
They're not a couple, nor are they intended to be, it's evident that they have a strong best friend, brotherly/sisterly bond and it's beautiful and wholesome(because I'm pretty sure the reason why Raph is so fond of her is that he gets to be emotionally open to her without the feeling of vulnerability. He's a softie but he hides it by being a meanie. April understood Raph's conflicts without the need of verbalizing it)

I think they definitely have a couple vibe to them. there are little hints about it and nice scenes about April and Raphael. I absolutely ship Raphael and April. Megan Fox said they already have close relationships. This can be seen from the moment April remembers Raphael's name in the first movie. April and Raphael's scenes need to be watched carefully. It's definitely more than just a sibling or friend relationship. April cares about all the turtles, but her behavior and conversations with other turtles are different from Raphael. Likewise, Raphael's behavior towards April is completely different. For example, he never displays an aggressive attitude towards her. He speaks softly to her and acts overprotective of her. Raphael is very brave to protect her. In the first movie, when April falls in the tower, Raphael jumps in to save her, Raphael's conversations and behavior with Vern and Casey and his brothers are completely different from April. I wish they had more screen time. However, from the scenes we get, I'm getting a couple vibes from them.
April is so cute. Megan Fox is really good. I love her. Also, "Raphie" and " O'niel's rabbit food" very cute. They definitely have a close relationship. I love them. 👍
Michael Bay replaced this scene with an explosion.
I wish they didn't cut out that scene in thew movie. This scene is actually kind of cute and we got the chance to see more of the sparkle between April and Casey.

@@valential586 Another movie is being made it is gonna follow the first one made in the 90's or it's a reboot of it....so of course they ain't gonna make another one of these. Although in my opinion the second movie really was better then the first and the movie wasn't that bad it was meh but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen..
@@drople6050 It got scrapped because it really didn't make enough to actually do another and apparently they are making another TMNT movie that either follows the first 90's film or it will be a reboot also the turtles will be unbayified. They were too big I agree although this is what I imagine the turtles would look like as fully grown adults not teens.....because once the Bay turtles are done growing they would be a lot bigger then this.

April was fired from Channel 6 in the first movie. I guess the turtles helped her get her job back and find stories to follow.

No, he won't be angry with her. Raphael is definitely not being aggressive towards April. If you look carefully, Raphael's behavior towards others and his behavior towards April are completely different.
Also, it doesn't seem like this is the first time April has called him Raphie. Actually, April spent 1 year with the turtles. I wonder what they are doing. April has completely become one of the family and she adapts to the turtles and can have fun and laugh with them. Donnie made April a watch and they gave it to her as a birthday present.

I think Raph should have met a girl who he can like in this movie because he has an amazing smile and it would be so cute if he had a girlfriend who stands up for him. Because April shouldn't be the only girl in the turtles lives.❤

@@JoeyHubbard89 Oh believe me I already know who Mona Lisa is I saw her on many videos of the old episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. From the age of 4 years old to 15 years old I have been watching the 2012 TMNT but the only episodes that I haven't seen was the episodes of them coming back to New York from The Farmhouse and when mutagen apocalypse happened. But yeah I totally agree I think that in the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie I think that the third movie should be about a New Female Mutant who is supposed to be used to trick Raph into leaving the sewers so the villain of the movie can capture him. Because the one thing that we've always seen in movies is a character who falls in love with a girl who he's never met before and she was supposed to be tricking him by pretending that she likes him just to trap him but it turns out that she ends up developing feelings for him but by the time that he gets captured then it's too late and at the end of the movie they don't know if their relationship is going to work or what.
