I completely support her. She is literally telling everyone that she needs time and EVERYONE is still pushing her for answers. Like it’s really her life, not just a show. Give her the space she’s asking for damn.

@@katiem4539 They are family for starters and they can both succeed individually. They don’t necessarily need to succeed as a couple. In this case they decided to tie the knot and I’m extremely happy for them. I think that’s what the person is trying to say.

@@lethalong6868ashley has been patient. for 5 years bsr was on bullshit. and even after marriage the bullshit didnt stop. he was very negative and hateful to her accomplishments and sabotaged her graduation party. even after he got his ged(FINALLY) he purposely missed assignments and the midterm. its not ok she has tried and been very supportive of him

Sometimes you just need to talk to about your problems to someone (including family) and what you really need is for them to listen ,let you vent but yet we don’t want to hear their opinion and that’s ok. But she’s doing it on a televised show and that’s not easy.

I agree with Ashley's stance. Her marriage is a delicate topic and does require privacy and time. She is not going to know right now what she wants to do. That is completely okay. Deciding yes or no is not that easy in some cases. She just needs the space to figure it out on her own. It's her life at the end of the day.
I think that she had cheated on him before it after that one yesterday at the baby shower with his mother and the whole family but I understand that but at the same time I guess that she's not ready to be married to him I don't know what it was I guess the stress issues or the communication they had for each other

The producer was definitely pushing for her to say something negative about bar or their relationship for views. I love how she handled that situation. I would've definitely left too.
I see that point of view, but it doesn't go far for me bc they are getting paid to be on a reality show - the producers were asking her the same questions her family asked!!
Since the show is about her life , I think they have a right to be confused like everyone else and ask for some clarification. Does that mean she has to answer all their questions- heck no, but u treat others with respect.
What I notice about a lot of the moms is when they get angry, they yell @ production, shut down and run away from the situation. At the end of the day this is a job and a large source of income ... now that does not mean u have to reveal every aspect of your life & share things you aren't comfortable with, but you have to treat people with respect, esp. at a job!!
Even if this was a film set in hollywood, I don't think this type of behavior would be tolerated .. it's extremely frowned upon even if it's an A-list actor having a tantrum (a la Tom Cruise & Christian bale's tantrums on movie sets that were released to the public).

Not everyone can fake it for tv. What these net works pitch is “real” live tv showing real raw life dynamics and it’s not that they wanna control the narrative of who you are and your life. They don’t care if you look bad or if your life truly is in shambles. Just like me and you we regular people and as humans things set us off. Or it’s shit we don’t wanna talk about. Just because she getting paid don’t mean nothing. I love that Ashely spoke up and let the whole crew know like seriously she came to have a nice time and drink and you guys knew it was already stressful for her but you had to keep pushing the subject on her. I blame Bar for not growing up, but I also wish Ashley had stuck to her standards. It’s hard to let go when you love him and he’s your baby’s father. She tried so hard to give him extra chances
She knew what he was when they got married and he has stayed true to that. The only reason she hasn't left is because she doesn't want to pay him alimony.
I can relate. Ashley is an amazing mom, she finds comfort in creating her own family. She’s doing everything in her power to keep a 2 parent home for Holly. She also has some trauma bonds with Bar. They basically grew up together and were in the darkest places together. She’s allowed to take it one day at a time. Her mom just wants better for her, but it’s not fair for her to push and push when Ashley already said she wants to handle it privately.
That woman is a mess, one minute she’s a pastor the next she’s drinking n cussing. Worry less about Ashley’s marriage and more about urself!

@Felicia. I don't think Ashley wasn't being transparent. I think she just didn't want to talk about her feelings or decision as it relates to Barr because she's still processing those feelings as she said. I think her Pastor Mama, step-father and sister were being intrusive, insensitive and too opinionated. When you're going through something like that it's really emotionally painful and draining. You don't want to be around people who are negative and who are going to weigh you down You want to surround yourself with people with a positive attitude and who are good listeners. Even if they don't agree with you. I think they need to bud out and let her find her own way.

Chris said it perfectly. Bar isn't succeeding on his own as fast as Ashley. Sso she sees it as a sign of weakness. Not as a sign hey for other people mama, it does take them a little bit longer. It is okay not to wait on someone else but make sure you are okau with that.

I honestly use to dislike Ashley so much when she first came on. Not, I can see that she has grown and matured a lot. She’s hurting. You can see that she’s hurting. Divorce isn’t easy. The thought of divorce isn’t easy. You get married in the first place, because you think that is forever. The thought of that forever possibly coming to end is hard. It’s heartbreaking. She thought she was going to get away from that for a minute and have a drink with her family and have a little bit of normalcy for a minute only to be bombarded with questions about her and Barr. She shouldn’t have to repeat herself like that. She doesn’t owe anyone an explanation. Except for maybe Holly when she’s older and wants to know. Other than Holly, Ashley and Barr it’s literally nobody else’s business whatsoever. You shouldn’t pry, whether your family or not. I feel bad that she came there thinking she was going to relax and take a load off, painting and drinking only to be bulldozed like that. Poor girl.

I don't like that they are pressing her so hard to talk about it. Do yall want her to just keep repeating the same thing over and over cause that's what she's doing not cause she's hiding anything I don't think but because that's what it is. Everyone gets tired of repeating themselves and nobody likes being questioned when there isn't a clear answer and they know any answer they give will spawn more endless invasive questions that never stop till the asker or in this case the producers are satisfied. I don't blame her for putting her foot down, the fans are the only ones pushing for Kail to talk about what's going on in her life and it's way worse than Ashley's situation they just neatly black screen and text explain it away yet the producers and even her family pushed and pushed until she threw them against the wall and left. Now everyone wants to say it's her fault she shouldn't have signed up for it if she didn't wanna film or talk about it but let's be honest when you get married you don't expect a divorce.
Everyone just needs to stop and give her some time to figure this out and she'll share when she has all her ducks in row. If they do get a divorce the last thing Ashely needs is HD 4K footage of her badmouthing bar on national television, yeah the courts would LOVE that.

Also, Ashley does not like showing emotions on camera, and she's clearly hurting but she only allows us to see her aggression, I wish she'd be a bit more vulnerable because I feel a lot of people can relate to her and learn from her.
