You wanna know what the best part about consuming psyllium husk fiber everyday is? You hardly have to wipe after each poop cuz it just comes out so clean. Yay!!! Go fiber! Anyway, teen whah? This may be important to someone who is 15 or something, but not to me. Anyway, back to the fiber - when you eat a whole lot of it, your poops are incredible. They're kind of fluffy, like lol OMG!!
