The U.S. president tells his staff at the White House to find someone that actually looks like him this time. Two secret service agents find a president lookalike called Dave, and tell him they are from the U.S. Secret Service, saying his country needs his help. For security purposes, they need someone to double for the president. Not long after, Dave has got the same haircut as the president, looking just like him, and is told he will only make sure people believe the president is leaving a hotel, when in fact he’s not. His moment comes, but after having performed his act, the president is accidentally incapacitated, and Dave has to take his job, full time…

Even if we have this guy there will be others power-full people to make him down fall for that reason as the citizen of the state we should be responsible for uplifting our state. Though m not from US but every state has their own issue which are similar. Lets be the base of these type of leader rather than depending on em. ❤❤

Sadly he would also need a congress that sees helping the homeless as a good thing and not "socialism". In reality Congress would stall the cuts (Defence lobbyists would want the money for their clients no matter what delays) and the delays would just be long enough to close the shelters. The aim would also be to embarrass the first lady and thus the president and any new money for shelters would require giving in to other pork barrel requests. The news would move on to the next crisis and ideally none of the homeless would die to publically or gain any good PR with the congressmen running to disappear.
