Proven and tested ko na un. Instruction: 1. Boil water. Put it in bowl after. 2. Get a towel, then like panaklob use it while facing and inhaling the steam from the bowl. 3. Take a break from the steam depends sa kaya mo. Make sure you inhale exhale sa steam. Just normal breathing. Bukod sa vitamin C. Have enough sleep!! Iwas muna sa sweets. Then eat masasabaw na mainit na food. Ung steam breathing na ibang style ay tulad ng hotjacuzzi and hot bath.
