The Viper mini is also good enough to be used at any level, it's just a matter of shape preference.
I agree. One thing to add is that I’ve been using the viper mini for my work pc for 2 years and can definitely tell the skates get considerably worse so might be worth swapping them after a year
I am using the Viper Mini + Razer Strider Pad and its amazing! Both of them only came to a total of $60.00 USD. Great combo! Super good for both flicking and tracking. Only bad side of the strider is that it doesn't stick 100% to my desk if I flick hard it can move a little but not a deal breaker. Also good to point out that they just came out with Strider calibration for the razer software so the LOD issues in the past are almost a non issue and I say almost because it might be different if your not using a mouse pad that is not on the list for calibration.
One more thing to add: the Qck heavy offers something pretty unique compared to any other pad which is one of the reasons it's still so widely used. The thick, heavy and bubbly foam definitely allows more control by pressing down than any pad I've ever tried, which is something that can really be turned to your advantage once you're used to it.

rvm is a legendary mouse created by razer and its available in most of the countries, same with the qck, even the big hands can manage to fit this mouse in fingertip ofc, dont know why people hating on this setup, its actually good
thank you for pointing out on odin infinity in that hien clone tierlist pad is absolutely insane
I went from a g pro wireless to a super light to a razor viper mini .. I’m just going to be completely honest I love the razor viper mini so much more it feels like it won’t break easily and it just performs so well for only $30 it’s worth it
viper mini would be my main if it was wireless
@@steven9674 get model o minus wireless, i was in the same boat as you, viper mini just made my aim cracked and model o minus wireless feels identical as far as shape goes. a bit heavier but it's still hella light at 65g
ayo wanna sell that superlight for like $100 under msrp
i also main a g pro x sl and suddenly it just died after 2 months. Im planning to buy viper mini since its lightweight and cheap for only 17 usd in my country.
My budget setup i had for a bit was a g203+corepads and a puretrack talent
Maybe I was unlucky but my viper mini developed a hugely creaky and mushy right click after a few months, sad story.
Me with the best gear possible still watching this cuz boardzy is just the best
appreciate you bro
As someone who has owned both, get the MM710 over the Viper Mini, it's a better senser and a better shape, and it's cheaper at the moment
the inked gaming pad would have been a great honorable mention dont you think?
The point of this vid was pads that you can find at irl stores, inked is a good budget pad no doubt, still wears quick and is affected by humidity tho
For a large budget mouse, would you recommend a Deathadder essential?
not related to this video but how is the battery life on your sl12s? mine is giving me about 8 days of long 6-8 hour sessions. that normal?
Mine lasts much longer than that
Can you do a comparison for steelseries qck vs hyper x fury mousepad
holy shit squarespace
Not sure what type of mousepad mine is, but I've been using a Cooler master MP510 with a Deathadder Mini (Yes, i somehow like this mouse) and I swear to God, it's the best glide I've had in years.
just got mine today . Amazed on how small and light it is coming from a mamba wireless
I see that Fnatic Bolt. My dude, the mouse costs Canadians $150 + possible import charges to get. If it's worth that price give me a sign, because I only have a few days to cancel my preorder and keep my X1Mr.
This is a great starting point for people especially on a budget, only thing I would say is maybe the strider and viper mini is worth the few extra dollars.
More videos like these, please
Sounds good
Wht about the G420 logitech compare to this Qck
Can you do qck+ vs qck heavy next or qck heavy video
I could do a qck heavy review if people want, but I dont feel inclined to keep using it really lmao
Boardzy when is the review for the fnatic bolt dropping?
feb 24th
Love the reviews
So, seriously, as someone who has tried several mousepads in the last year or so and always seem to be coming back to the QcK, what is the most QcK-est mousepad to upgrade to from the QcK? Particularly the qualities that I'm most interested in are a ridiculously smooth control surface that isn't coated.
If you have large hands but also want the mouse cheap, the Deathadder Essential exists. Not a perfect mouse but good for large handed cheap people
If you already have a mouse and looking for a budget mousepad, the Oden Infinity Stealth is like $35 and is a budget hein clone. I would consider it an upgrade if you don't want the QCK.
Hi so I'm looking for a good wireless mouse for claw grip with hand size 19.3 cm by 10 cm and the GPX is currently 74 USD in Amazon Mexico (brand new sold by Logitech) and I can afford it with my birthday money.
Should I buy it or look for something else?
Also love the vids.
i have the viper 8k & i wish it had the viper mini’s shape, would probably be a top 3 mouse.
Best budget mouse pads?
Can you review leather mouse pads
T’was a smooth transition
The Razer Viper Mini comes in like top 5 mice of Rocket Jump Ninja's list, he says you get more than what you pay for the mouse and the Qck heavy is definitely the best mouse pad of all time, Fun fact: I have the same setup and I love it.
Qck is a terrible mousepad.
@boardzy which artisan ninja should i get for apex? Or should i get the odin infinity since u said its almost the same as hien. My mouse is gproxsl
real talk, i have a model O and i actually kinda like it but i wanna try something new should i get the viper mini?
The segue is almost as smooth as LTT's
Honestly , I've tried atleast 10 high quality top mice since I got into this pursuit of getting the best mouse possible and nothing beats my 10$ G10 fantech mouse, simply because shape is the important thing in terms of in-game performance as long as the other features are passable.
I straight up dont believe that it has 125hz polling rate there is no way you perform better with that than a GPX
Pls review the pulsar pads
I know you're going to hate me for asking this but what would your thoughts be on razor basilisk mini? Also have you tried out the V3 yet?
i havent heard anything ab the basilisk mini, tried the v3 and it was a bit meh to me
@@boardzy fair enuf. Any recommends for bigger hands? Probably not your area of expertise given how you describe your hands but I thought I might as well ask.
@@ronniewhitedx ec1-c/deathadder v2
@@smokeholm1925 unfortunately I'm coming from the Mamba wireless and the deathadder basically has the same shape. I'll take a look at your other recommendation though, Thank you!
please review Ikea mouse pad/desk mat
Dropping a casual 120k on gridshot is super boardzy like
Had QCK heavy for 2 years now
My experience to it is good considering the price
But damn Aqua control 2 makes me wanna buy one
would you say the artisan zero is similar in texture to the aqua control+?
Nah not really
HE GOT THE SQUARESPACE SPONSOR AGAINT
Can you help me with the itchiness in the arm area of the qck mousepad?
hey boardzy i hv the razer gigantus v2 and i want to upgrade. What is a mousepad which is similar to the v2, somewhat like a control pad.
By any chance does you viper mini side buttons swivel a bit cause im on my second mice
hi boardzy, could you review the xenics titan gm air? seems to be the closest thing to a razer viper mini ultimate rn.
Pwnage symm 2 is the same mouse just an American version, already reviewed it
@@boardzy oh shii, my bad, will go see the review now. Thanks!
:) Stepping up the sponsor transition game
also damn... ur getting sponsored pog :D
I own the best mice and pads on the market, but the Viper Mini has become my main.
hyperx pulsefire haste 0-0?
Viper mini 20$ cooler master mp510 or 511:15-30$
⚡Does anyone know if Razer will come out with a Viper mini wireless in the future? ⚡
They were hinting at it but didnt confirm anything yet
man i tried the viper mini a few months ago, even put tiger ice feet and a dreamcable but the size just doesnt do it for my 20x12 hand. the shape is nice, I main a starlight12 phantom med now, but it just cramps my hand so fast with the reduced size. the qck heavy on the other hand might be the gold standard for an under-$30 starter pad. hell i keep my R6 Black Ice qck heavy on my desk at all times even though i main a Hien. truth in content as always my guy, based.
I curently have the model 0 wired , and thinking of switching to the gpx , is it worth it?
Yes
@boardzy will I get my review soon?
My setup is a Logitech g pro wired and Logitech G240 mousepad
Handling a few mice at Best Buy, and I kinda like the Rival 3 for a budget option. Both the Rival and Viper have shit side buttons, but the flat Viper cramps my hands.
Rival 3 user here, questionable build quality plus heavier. If the shape works for you, well and good. But I much prefer the RVM. I'm a large hand fingertip player so that might add to my preference.
