- Rediscovering inner healing, embracing transformation and experiencing the powers of Nature in a Naturopathy centre in Gujarat. This vlog is from my visit to Nimba Nature Cure where i tried Ayurveda and Naturopathy therapies and indulged in healthy food. I was hosted by the team and decided to share my experience with you as well.
Taking a break from the daily fast-paced routine, I decided to recharge and rejuvenate with nature and its traditional healing techniques. Practices like Ayurveda and Naturopathy revolve around a health first approach and prioritize optimal health. I experienced this transformative lifestyle, following a Dinacharya at one of the largest Naturopathy Centres in India, at Nimba Nature Cure.
This place promotes natural healing through Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki and aims to restore harmony between the body, mind, and the spirit. The 150 acres of these serene lands offer the perfect sanctuary to become one with nature.
Rejuvenating therapies like hydrotherapy, mud therapy, bamboo massage, Dhara, etc use the elements of nature to improve circulation and immunity. Their carefully curated Dinacharya or the Daily routine helps to lead a balanced lifestyle. This aligns our body with the rhythms of nature and leads to enhanced well-being, balanced mind and inner harmony.

Excellent.. Actually india need these kind of places in every state to promote ayurveda, naturopathy and all kind of traditional therapies for body healing.. I have a question, if we are coming from Varanasi, what are the options for us. With most ease. How much time it can take approx. how many stops and changing conveyances? Or is there direct flight?
We are not thinking of coming for any serious treatment but just educating our selves to take better care in Naturapathic and ayurvedic way! Without any serious medication, understanding stomach issues, lungs issues and even handling cancer issues….. please answer..
