The weird part in the middle of "blodskudt" is a small interview with Jamaika while in jail. Jamaika basicaly says it's music or a life behind bars. His face is not part of the music video as he was in jail when the song were released. He has been in and out of jail a few times but were released march last year after having sentenced two years.
Hope this clearifies a little, though it's not the full story.
